Before you write in
- A correction
- Read the editorial policy first — it covers how disputed claims are handled and how often the ranking is reviewed. Corrections that arrive with a public source we can check are handled fastest.
- Adding a firm
- See Submit a company for the eligibility criteria and the details to include, so the review can happen in one pass rather than three emails.
- A scoring dispute
- Positions are re-reviewed against public evidence, not renegotiated. Send the evidence you think was missed and it will be considered at the next review.
What this inbox is not
This is not a support channel for any company in the ranking. For questions about a specific firm's services, scoping or pricing, contact that firm directly through the link in its ranking entry — we have no commercial relationship with any of them and cannot answer on their behalf, quote on their behalf, or pass a message along.
We also cannot advise on which firm you should hire, or which framework applies to your business. The methodology and the UAE compliance guide are written to let you work both out yourself, and the fifteen due-diligence questions are the part to take into a vendor call.
We aim to respond to genuine enquiries within a reasonable timeframe. Unsolicited link-building, guest-post and sponsored-content pitches are not answered.
